I saw a crystal on your instagram or tiktok but I don't see it listed! How can I get it?

Send us a message babe! We are happy to help.

You can message us via the contact us page, but for faster service, send us a dm directly on ig.

If there is a crystal you like but don't see it listed on where ever you would like to buy it, such as here on our website, or etsy, poshmark, or mercari, we can absolutely create a custom listing for you to purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards on our website. Alternatively, we sell on instagram and tiktok via Zelle and Paypal, as well as Etsy, Poshmark, and Mercari. Paypal offers to some clients a pay in 4 option, as well as Etsy offering Klarna at checkout.

We are working on offering in-house payment plan options, as well as workin on accepting Afterpay in the future, so stay tuned!


What shipping methods do you use?

We provide options to ship via UPS, USPS, and Fedex both domestically and internationally.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are packed with care and dispatched quickly so your experience begins as soon as possible. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for detailed info.

Can I return or exchange my order?

After completed payment, all sales are final.

If you have an open box with me on hold via ig or tt and haven't submitted payment yet after claiming, you can absolutely swap a crystal that is of equal or higher value if the one you would like is still available.

If you received the wrong crystal or your package is damaged, please contact us via our contact page or dm on instagram, within 7 days from receiving the package. We will message you back and solve the issue for you.

Please note all incorrectly received crystals as well as damaged crystals need photo and videos sent to us to start a claim. Please KEEP the exterior box as well with the shipping label and send photos and videos of the exterior packaging box.

We offer shipping insurance on all packages insured for the full amount.
